How much is shipping and how long will it take?
We aim to dispatch your order on a same day or next working day using First Class Royal Mail, for the delivery on a next working day. If you need your order urgently we use Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm.
International Deliveries up to 7 working dates, please contact us if you have not received your parcel after 10 working days

Can I send to another address, say my work or for a gift?
Yes, our checkout allows separate billing and shipping address. If you are ordering a gift for someone and would like to include a special message for this person, please write your message in the Order Comments box at the website checkout and we will ensure they receive your note inside their package
Do you offer a gift wrap service?
We do offer a gift wrap service at request. Feel free to drop us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org or fill in our contact form.

Do you offer gift certificates?
Sorry, at present we do not offer gift certificates
Is your website safe?
Yes our website is secure and all information is kept private, we will never sell it. Our checkout is processed through a secure server and we use Paypal as a well-known and trusted payment provider to ensure you feel safe buying through our website.
What are your payment options?
We accept online payment by credit and debit card as well as direct bank transfers through Paypal. Please note you don’t have to set up an account with Paypal or Balcony Tea if you don’t wish to as you can check out as a guest.
Do I need a Paypal account to buy things from your online store?
Nope! We use Paypal as a secure transfer provider, but it is not necessary that you have your own account.
What do I do if the checkout is showing a billing error?
We do our best to keep our website in tip-top shape, and we apologise if you run into any trouble during your online experience with us. Please email us at email@example.com and we will rectify any issues a.s.a.p!
What is your returns policy?
We hope that you are really pleased with your order. If we can help you in anyway please don’t hesitate to get in touch! However, just in case something is not up to scratch, here is our returns policy:
Broken/ Damaged Items
We take every care to ensure that your order is packed snuggly and safely for its journey to you but we cannot guarantee that it will arrive in perfect condition. We do not take responsibility for your order being lost, damaged, or stolen during delivery. If an item arrives damaged, let us know as soon as you can by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do all that we can to resolve this issue.
Unhappy with your order?
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason then we would love your feedback to improve next time. Please email us at email@example.com You can return items to us for a full refund (minus shipping), within seven days of receiving your order, as long as it is in original and saleable condition! After seven days we may offer you store credit on your returned item at our discretion

Balcony Tea is an independent, family run business that wants to share the best-kept tea secrets of the Mediterranean with you. We, Lana and Miri, both grew up in the Mediterranean region and have fond memories of collecting herbs in the sunny valleys surrounded by family. We try to recreate these Mediterranean memories for you!

You can buy our teas online.
If you prefer to try before you buy, currently we have a regular stall at Shoreham Farmers Market. We will update information on our stock list regularly

How long should I infuse my tea for?
All of our tea has brewing instructions on the label and on each tea product page on the website. Tea is a personal preference and we encourage you develop own tastes!
One top tip, though, is to never use boiling water! Always let your water cool a little before pouring over the leaves or bags.
